We support our forklift sales and forklift rental customers with a mobile forklift service fleet, which has over 120 factory trained and graded technicians, managed by a fully computerised control centre where each inbound call is logged and allocated. All vans have GPS tracking to ensure rapid response from the nearest technician to your site. Each forklift maintenance job is monitored by our service control team until it is satisfactorily completed. Our average response time from receiving a call to the forklift service technician arriving on site is less than 2 hours for metropolitan areas.
Our unique in-van terminals provide the capacity to present our forklift service customers with a detailed job description, including a forklift repair and service record, at the completion of each job.
One of the clear advantages enjoyed by operators of Linde forklifts is that service intervals vary between 500 and 1,000 operating hours, depending on the model. Other forklifts without Linde’s engineering pedigree require scheduled maintenance every 175-250 operating hours. This results in greater uptime for Linde products and greater productivity for our customers.
