The trainers we use have a minimum of Workplace Trainer/Assessor Certificate IV and all assessors are certified by WorkCover Authority to assess for National Certificate of Competency for Forklift and/or Orderpicker. The training material utilised has been produced in accordance with Australian Standard® 2359.2 and our reputation for quality and efficiency is well recognised in industry with over 40 years of combined experience.

Linde offers 5 types of Forklift Driver Training:
1. Pre-Assessment Training
Training group sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 forklift operators and one trainer/assessor, for a duration of 2 – 4 hours
2. Forklift Licence Assessments
Our qualified assessors can assess and issue qualifications for National Certificate of Competence in Loadshifting, Forklift (LF) and Orderpickers (LO). An interim certificate is issued on successful completion of the assessment and advice is given on processing the Notice of Satisfactory Assessment to obtain formal licence from the local state authority, where relevant.
Maximise your operators’ chances of obtaining competency by selecting Course 1 above – Pre-assessment training. This process varies between states. Group Size is limited to a maximum of 8 forklift operators and course duration is usually 2 to 3 hours.
3. Forklift Refresher Training
Ensure your operators hold the correct certificate of competence for the equipment they are using and that your business satisfies relevant OH&S authorities’ obligations.
This course is ideal for situations where operators are having problems with issues such as:
It can be used to bring operators up to national standard, with training in group sizes up to 5 forklift operators and duration up to 4 hours or as required.
4. Walkie Stacker / Pallet Truck Training
At present there are no requirements to hold a licence to operate a pedestrian forklift. It is however, the responsibility of an employer to provide a safe workplace. Pedestrian forklift operators, irrespective of whether they hold a forklift licence, are required to be trained in the correct and safe use of this type of equipment. This training covers:

5. Tailored Forklift Training Packages
Training programs can be created to satisfy the particular needs of any site, especially those that handle unusual or hazardous goods. Linde can also train operators required to use forklift accessories such as:

6. Forklift Equipment Familiarisation
This session is ideal for new employees or at the time of equipment changeover.

7. New Forklift Equipment Induction
