Linde operate factory-owned customer support facilities in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA & WA. Our 100 mobile forklift technicians and 45 workshop technicians are all factory-trained on the full range of Linde forklifts and have the luxury of only having to specialise in the Linde brand not a multiplicity of forklift lines.
The Linde forklift service control centre is fully computerised. Each in-bound call is logged and allocated to the nearest technician and the service call is monitored until completion by our service work controllers. Our average response time from receiving a call to the forklift service technician arriving on-site is less than 2 hours for metropolitan areas.

As with most European manufactured automotive products, Linde forklift service intervals are far greater than those of Asian or American manufactured forklift equipment. Linde forklift service intervals are between 500 and 1,000 operating hours, depending on the model, whilst other forklifts require scheduled maintenance every
175-250 operating hours.
