Level 2
As Level 1 program plus the following:
- Serviceable tyres no more than 50% worn
- Forklift operator’s seat refurbished including seat belt
- Complete repaint to forklift’s original colours
- Forklift mast, carriage and hydraulics tested to forklift manufacturer’s specification
- Steer axle checked and set to forklift manufacturer’s specification
- Hour meter function tested
- Original forklift truck history available
Warranty
Six months or 500 hours parts and labour
Level 3
As Level 1 & 2 programs plus the following:
- New traction battery
- Forklift charger reconditioned, tested
- Electric motors overhauled and certified
- New set of forklift tyres
- New forks
- Forklift transmission tested and certified to manufacturer’s specification
- New floor mat and pedal rubbers installed to enhance safety
- Electric system, starter, alternator etc, tested and replaced where required
- Full preparation and repaint to forklift manufacturer’s original colours

10 months or 1000 hours parts and labour
