Ex-Contract Forklift Trucks
To qualify for the Linde Certified Pre-Owned Program, forklifts must pass a rigorous 81 point inspection. For this reason we usually choose forklift trucks for the program that we have maintained since new.

Pressure Washing
Each forklift truck is thoroughly steam cleaned to remove all accumulated dirt and grime prior to inspection.

Forklift Inspection
A qualified forklift engineer carries out a meticulous examination to identify areas of the forklift truck and components requiring attention. Only genuine Linde forklift spare parts are used.

Emission Test
Engine powered forklift trucks undergo stringent diagnostic testing to ensure complete operational reliability and compliance with forklift exhaust emission regulations.

Battery/Charger
On electric forklift trucks, the battery is checked for serviceability, and cells replaced where necessary.
A new, fully guaranteed forklift battery is supplied under the Level 3 Program.

Forklift Refurbishment Process
Forklift components are either repaired or replaced depending on program level selected.
Only genuine Linde forklift parts are used.

Repainting the Forklift
Depending on the program level selected, forklift paintwork is either touched-up or completely repainted.

Forklift Pre-Delivery
The final procedure is the multi-point check and inspection to ensure absolute quality and reliability.
